We still need Flex developers, believe it or not.
For all the proclamation of the death of Flash, we don't see it leaving our life any time soon. We work within the Robotlegs framework, and our applications are text (TLF) and graphic-intensive.

We need HTML5 developers, too.
This may or may not be the same person as the Flex developer. We are using HTML5 both for online editing tools and as one of the rendition outputs of Silicon Paginator.
